Les Forets Sud Holiday Let is set in the idilic area of Forest of Double, one of the largest wooded areas in Europe; it is a peaceful retreat where you can enjoy the beauty of rural South West France, by walking, cycling or horse riding along the treks. However, never too far away from the hustle and bustle of popular market towns and city's, such as Riberac, Perigueux, Aubeterre and Brantome. There is Lake Jermaye just a short drive away, which has a beach, playground and food and drink amenties or slightly further afield, approximately 80 minutes away, is Archachon which offers a lovely beach. A great place to use as a base to explore what the South West of France has to offer.
The property was built in 2009 and is finished to a high standard, with three double bedrooms, three shower rooms, large open plan lounge kitchen and dining room, and a great terrace for BBQ's, it has enclosed gardens of 2000m2, so plenty to offer to families of all ages.
The owners are English but speak the native language so can offer assistance if required, as they live in the hamlet. They also run a small holding which offers organic meat, vegetables and eggs if desired.
